SHIPPING CRITERIA

If you are on the UAE online store, you can only ship to locations within the United Arab Emirates. You cannot ship to anywhere outside of United Arab Emirates.

Free delivery on orders AED 150 and above. Additional charge of AED 10 on orders below AED 150. 

NON DELIVERY AREAS IN UAE

Please note that we have the right to refuse delivery to certain areas, based on our sole discretion. In such an event, the customers residing in the area where Glu does not deliver can arrange to pick up orders with the Customer Care team. Please call 800-ITSGLU.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

  1. A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
  2. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  3. itsglu.com reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
  4. If you want to cancel or refund your order, please head to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation page and follow the steps to lodge a request. Glu’s refund policy will apply.
  5. Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
  6. itsglu.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with UAE law.
  7. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
